Compact sensor for ropes, CANopen Lift 417 and analog current / voltage output
Sensor for measuring rope elongation, with integrated evaluation unit. Connection for CANopen Lift 417 and analog voltage or current output.
All systems of the NG series have a USB input for connecting an optional WiFi dongle.
The control unit can be set and the settings can be documented using the free app using the WiFi dongle. The documentation can be saved and sent. An Android or I-Phone, tablet or I-Pad or a PC are required for this.
If required, the firmware is updated via the USB input.
When using the alarms for full load and overload, a current of 4-20mA or a voltage of 0-10V is output linearly to the load on the sensor.
The hold input enables the measurement to be interrupted while driving. This prevents unwanted overload measurements while driving. Furthermore, when activating the Cade function, it is possible to compensate for the weights of tie-down chains and ropes.
NOTE: The clamp must be ordered separately:
Item No. 011083 Clamp LCK for 7 ropes, 8-13mm diameter (can also be used for 3 and 5 ropes)
Item No. 011400 Clamp LCK for 8 ropes, 8-13mm diameter (can also be used for 4 and 6 ropes).
Other terminals are optionally available.
